A blend of herbs that will help calm your mind and body. There are also herbs that are anti-inflammatory that will help soothe your skin so you will leave the bath feeling soft and relaxed. Each package has enough herbs for at least 3-4 baths in a standard sized bath tub.
Directions: Put about 1/2 cup of herbs in a muslin sachet or pu herbs directly in hot bath water. Let steep for at least 5 minutes and then enter your bath and enjoy!
